UN BERRETTO DA TOPINO (A SAND MARTIN BONNET)

Nella serie di piccole cosine che sto preparando eccone un'altra: il Top Down Bonnet di Helloyarn, che ho fatto con la stessa lana rossa dei booties - ancora non sapevo che il pupo sarà maschio, ma in ogni caso basta con la convenzione che per le femminucce va tutto in rosa e per gli ometti tutto in azzurro!
E' davvero un amore, da qualunque parte lo si guardi:




Io non avevo mai fatto ricami sui lavori a maglia, quindi sono andata un po' a caso, ma alla fine sono riuscita a fare due occhi più o meno uguali... non vedo l'ora di vederlo calzato su una testolina! A parte le sdolcinatezze, che più di tanto non riesco a evitare, saranno gli ormoni... il modello è davvero veloce e semplice, si può fare anche senza orecchie e muso, per bimbi seri. Questo non è il mio caso, credo... Ho trovato un altro modello da gnomo che mi piace da impazzire, prossimamente su questi schermi!

Within the collection of tiny stuff I'm preparing in these days there's another one: it's the Top Down Bonnet di Helloyarn, I knitted with the same yarn used for the booties - whe I started I still didn't know that the baby will be a male, but in any case let's stop with the tendency that for little girls everything must be pink, or azure for the little boys!!
It's such a lovely thing, any side you watch it from...

I had never made any embroidery on knitwear, so I went a bit randomly, but in the end I managed to make two eyes quite the same... I definitely look forward to see it over a little head!
Apart from sugary thoughts I really can't avoid, must be the hormones dancing I guess - the pattern is very quick and simple, it can be knitted also without ears and face, for more serious babies. This is not my case, though: I found another elf hat so amazing, to be knitted soon!
